A structured roadmap guiding PolyMind’s technical evolution and ecosystem expansion. The phases are designed to roll out the core intelligence progressively, ensuring strong foundations before building advanced autonomy.

Phase 1 – Foundation & Data Engine Deployment

Primary Objective: Build the infrastructure that powers PolyMind’s intelligence.

Deliverables:

• Deployment of PolyFlow, the high-throughput data ingestion layer

• Integration of multi-chain on-chain data streams

• Development of foundational predictive models (price, volatility, liquidity)

• Launch of core dashboard for insights visualization

This phase establishes the foundational components that turn raw blockchain data into structured intelligence.

Phase 2 – Intelligence Layer Expansion
